If you find a cheaper rate for the same, like-for-like car type as the vehicles marked with our Best Price Guarantee logo on ANY other website within 7 days following your confirmed reservation just let us know and we will beat that rate; We will refund you the difference twice!

- Not all vehicle categories qualify for a refund. Models which qualify are cleary marked with the Best Price Guarantee logo on our Website
- like-for-like car types are vehicles of similar caracteristics and with the same collection procedures
- The vehicle must be available at the same destination and the same time of booking
- Our price guarantee is applicable for rentals of 3 days and more
If you find a cheaper rate e-mail us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- your Booking number
- Your Name
- Your E-mail address
- The Rate quoted
- Screen shot or complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and vehicle type you booked on www.hispacar.com
Remember to make a printout or take a screen shot of the page with the lower rate, in case a customer service representative has questions.
Expect a response to your claim within 48 hours via e-mail.
Upon verification of the lower online rate, hispacar.com will refund the difference to the credit card you used to make the booking in approximately 7 - 10 business days. Please note that the sum to be refunded cannot exceed the total amount paid at the time of booking.
If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
Hispacar.com reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
