However, you should end your meal with a cup of traditional fondillón. Aside from wine, spirits are also worthy of mention, all of them with Designation of Origin, like Cantueso, Herbero, Paloma Anisette and Alcoi's Café Licor. Girasol Restaurant, in Moraira-Teulada, is the place to have local cuisine at its best. It was rated 2 suns by the CAMPSA guide.
