No reservation or purchase is necessary to enter or win. A reservation will not improve your chances of winning.
Promotion Period
The promotion starts on 16/05/2011 and ends on 31/07/2011 31/10/2011. The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email within 14 days of the draw. The price can be claimed until 31/12/2011. Hispacar reserves the right to curtail or extend the promotion period in its sole discretion.
Eligibility
Employees and their immediate family and household members, whether related or not, of Facebook, Inc. and Hispacar are not eligible to participate or win. This promotion is void
where prohibited by law (e.g. Belgium, Norway and Sweden). Do not proceed to enter if you are not at least 18 years of age.
How to Participate in the promotion
There are two (2) ways to participate:
(*) Direct entrants must have their personal code activated by at least one other person in order to qualify for the draw.

Entrants will receive a personal promotional code to be distributed amongst their family, relatives and friends. Entries will only be activated if the corresponding personal code has been introduced at least once by another entrant. Entrants which have not been activated on the draw date are excluded from the contest.
PRICES
There are two prizes: each prize includes a seven nights stay in the hostal El Escudo de Mijas and one week car hire (see details below). Flights and transfers (except car hire) are not included and must be arranged by the winner.
Details of the prize
1) Accommodation
One week (seven nights) from October - June (high season excluded)
Sleeps up to 3 adults

There is no cash alternative available
The stay is to be taken within 12 months of winning the competition.
2) Car hire
One week car hire (7 days) from October - June (high season excluded)
Vehicle from the economy category (exact model cannot be confirmed)
Petrol, insurances and additional charges are not included
The prize will be transferable and can be given to friends, family or relatives (confirmation will be required from the original winner)
Hispacar reserves the right to substitute a prize with another one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
All state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of winners, including transportation to/from the hotel (excluding 7 days car hire).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Hispacar and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used to administer the promotion and register for Hispacar.com.
One entry per email address of Facebook account. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more entries by using multiple/different email addresses or identities may result in disqualification by Hispacar, in its sole discretion.
Entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide documentation, is found to have violated the official rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Entrants understand that Hispacar is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Hispacar is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of Hispacar are final and binding in all respects.
