Unlimited mileage, Applicable local taxes (VAT) and third party insurance. Sixt offers a roadside protection which is an extended breakdown protection during the rental and covers incidents like keys locked in the rental car, breakdown due to a lack of fuel, flat batteries and lost or stolen car keys. It is also possible to add a tyre and Windscreen coverage which provides cover against damaged windscreen, tyres, mirrors and rims.
Not included in the price:
Fuel, additional drivers, baby seats, Loss damage waiver which removes the responsibility of the driver in case of damage or theft to the vehicle and personal accident protection which extends the cover of the insurance to the consequences of an accident.
The driver must present a valid license and an identity card or passport. A driver's license printed with non roman alphabet must always be complemented by an international driver's license. In general the minimum age is 18 years, however a different minimum age may apply depending on the vehicle category .e.g. luxury cars or convertibles. For drivers under 23 years a young driver surcharge applies.

Like many multinational car hire companies in Malaga Sixt accepts all credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies including American Express and Diners. Visa electron and other prepaid or debit cards are not accepted.
