Hispacar is an intermediary and not a car rental company. The rental contract is between you and the car rental company. The rental contract terms for each supplier are available on our website when you select your vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of the local supplier to provide you with the car rented through this website.

Although our website is normally available 24 hours a day, access may be temporarily suspended for reasons beyond Hispacar's control. Hispacar assumes no liability if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time.

RESPONSABILITY

In the event of any dispute between Hispacar and you, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the car rental. All reservations made on this website will be made with a local rental company and not with Hispacar. Hispacar will not be liable for the terms of the contract you enter into with the local rental company or any other dispute between you and that provider.
