The former Aymerich, Amat i Jover Steamer Factory for example houses nowadays the Science and Technology National Museum of Catalonia with temporary and permanent exhibitions in different rooms.
The city's industrial heritage has become a cultural attraction for tourists arriving from parts of the world in order to experience the general life-style, arts and architecture prevailing in Terrassa in better economic times throughout this last century.
